James “Jim” Harmon


Mr. Harmon founded Rainbow Signs, Inc in 1946 after serving in the United States Army.  From the humble beginnings of using a Studebaker as a makeshift lift truck for sign installations, Mr. Harmon has seen the company grow into one of the leading sign manufacturers in the southeast.

Curt Harmon


As Jim’s son, Curt grew up in the sign business and has a great deal of experience in all areas of the business. Curt earned a BS degree in 1978 and Masters degree in 1980 from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. Curt has served as President of Rainbow Signs since 1984. Curt is active in the community and holds leadership positions in civic and professional organizations.

Charles Sayer

Executive Vice President

Charles is a true industry veteran and has been with Rainbow since 1975 after earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Design from the University of South Carolina. Over the years Charles has helped Rainbow evolve from primitive manufacturing methods into more modern, computer driven methods. Charles has served as staff artist, art director, drafting director, project manager, and client sales representative. Charles is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Rainbow Signs.

Kenny McElroy

Plant Manager & Crew Supervisor

Kenny joined the Rainbow team in 1996 after honorably serving in the US Navy as an Electronic Technician. Kenny started with Rainbow working as an assistant in the plant. He worked as the Department Supervisor over the assembly, neon, and paint departments and is now serving as the Plant Manager and Crew Supervisor. Kenny takes pride in ensuring every sign that goes out for installation meets and exceeds the highest standards.

Craig Inabinett

Senior Account Executive

Craig joined Rainbow in 2012 after spending 27 years in the supermarket industry. Craig has extensive knowledge and experience with store design and planning which has proven valuable in working with our clients. Craig understands the importance of communication throughout the design and building process and ensures all parties involved work together to bring projects to completion.

Chad Priest

Senior Account Executive

Chad is a graduate of The Citadel and joined the Rainbow team in 2007. Over the past 8 years Chad has managed large projects for our clients throughout the Southeast. Whether it is designing a new sign package from the ground up, expanding franchise locations, or remodeling existing locations, Chad has worked closely with our clients to coordinate our teams and keep projects on schedule and expectations met.
